Frozen
yogurts are made in robust mixers or blenders with more or less healthy
ingredients. Generally, they are composed of frozen fruits and yogurt to which
we can add all sorts of ingredients (chocolate chips, vermicelli color, nuts,
syrup or fruit coulis, caramel, chocolate sauce, ...).
Generally,
I enjoy the full strawberry season to freeze small strawberries rich in taste
such as Charlotte, Mara des bois, Ciflorette or Gariguette. They are often
better than the frozen strawberries that we buy.
Today, I
propose a recipe very easy and quick to prepare. It is healthy and you can
change it according to your desires and what you have. I used vanilla soy
yogurt. But, you can take yogurt with cow's milk or more digestible with
vanilla ewe's milk. I also tried strawberry soy yogurt to enhance the
strawberry taste.
This
dessert must be prepared just before being tasted. You can freeze it but it is
much less creamy and it must be taken out of the freezer at least 1/2 before
eating it. You can also spend 20 seconds in the microwave.
ingredients
200 g small
frozen strawberries or 2 cups
125 ml or
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla soy yogurt
1 tbsp.
soup or honey or maple syrup
Instructions
In the bowl
of a food processor with a knife or a blender, put the frozen strawberries.
Mix. You get like a strawberry granita.
Add yoghurt
and honey or maple syrup. Mix.
Serve
immediately with fresh strawberries or nothing else.
