1 banana crushed with a fork + 2 eggs, all in omelette pan-fried with a little coconut oil.

1 handful of almonds (good lipids and good minerals to counter stress)

1 big hot drink



Ø  ✓ If you know that you are subject to cravings on the shots of 10H / 16H think to take fruits or oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts ...).
