BREAKFAST-YOGIC-RECIPE
1 banana crushed with a fork + 2 eggs, all in omelette pan-fried with a little coconut oil.
1 handful of almonds (good lipids and good minerals to counter stress)
1 big hot drink

think to take fruits or oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts ...). Try to eat at regular
times and as the saying goes: "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince,
and dinner like a poor man". No need to starve yourself with three salad
leaves and a radish lunch and soup at night, at the risk of paying the price of
sticks (deficiencies, fatigue, stress and unnecessary pounds). Try to eat
everything in reasonable quantity, most often fresh and home made.
Ø ✓ Remember to drink at least 1.5L of water a day, to allow your body to
eliminate the emotional and physical toxins. (preferably flat water, herbal
teas, unsweetened flavored water).

solid food, 1/3 of liquid food and leave the last third for the universe;) In

during the meal and therefore to eat sensibly. Take the time to look at your
food (colors, shapes, aspects), to touch them with the lips (cold, hot,
