Minis breaded croque with salmon and fromage frais


When you find yourself going round in the kitchen one evening after a long day of work looking for what to do ... .. a piece of advice no longer look for a simple aperitif dinner. Present to your beautiful little family mini croque with salmon accompanied by a small salad. A success almost everyone loves croque-monsieur and the advantage is that it's quick to do. I was inspired by a recipe from GOURMANDISE ASSIA a nice blog that thrives recipe ideas some more appetizing than others, a real gold mine.

INGREDIENTS

Slices of bread
A box of garlic and herbs cheese
Slices of smoked salmon
2 eggs
1 glass of milk
Breadcrumbs
1 pinch of salt
1 Pinch of pepper
4 to 5 tablespoons of oil

PREPARATION

Using a round cookie cutter, cut 7 cm diameter loaves of bread.

Spread fresh cheese over the slice circles.

Place smoked salmon on one slice and layer with another circle of sandwich bread.

In a deep plate mix with the fork the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

In another plate pour the breadcrumbs.

Dip each mini croque in the egg-milk mixture and pass them in bread crumbs on each side.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side of the mini crunches and place on absorbent paper and serve lukewarm.
