This salad
of carrots is rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants that will help you
withstand the aggressions of winter. In addition, it is a good source of fiber
and protein.
You can
prepare it with grated carrots ready for use. Five minutes will be enough in
this case but it will be less good because the grated carrots put in vacuum bag
are drier. Not to mention the loss of vitamins due to the oxidation of the air
even if they are surrounded by a gas intended to prevent it.
It can be
prepared in advance and can be stored for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator but
remember to cover it with a lid or a cellophane film. The faster it is eaten
richer it will be in nutritional values.
