anti-waste soup with carrots CLEAN YOUR BODY

This soup is an anti-waste soup because carrots are used. It is cooked in a pressure cooker. But, if you do not have one, no problem. You can cook it in a large saucepan. However, it will take 20 minutes of cooking time. To learn more about the casserole, read our article.
It is accompanied by small homemade croutons, here is the quick and easy recipe.
Cancoillotte is a cheese from Franche Comté. It is a broken white cheese, a rather compact paste rather elastic when it is cold. It becomes flowing when heated. It is sold in a pot and can be kept for several weeks. it is found natural or flavored most often with garlic but also with white wine, nuts ... The advantages of this cheese is that it is low in fat and rich in protein. It is often used in Franche Comté cold on toast. But, personally, I replace the Reblochon and put it on potatoes to make lighter tartiflettes. I also make cheese fondues where you dip pieces of bread with small raw or cooked vegetables
I put soy but, you can replace it with fresh cream.
